Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the recognition and development of leadership potential commencing with high school sophomores.

This website and all of its contents have been reviewed and approved by the Central Pennsylvania Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Seminar Board of Trustees. Its purpose is geared towards the recognition of volunteers, creating general awareness of the HOBY leadership initiatives, and overall promotion of HOBY.
